We offer monthly cardiology training days, run by different Wessex hospitals.
The expectation is that trainees attend 70% of training days and hospitals are encouraged to make this possible by ensuring that clinics and other ward obligations are covered.
National meetings are incorporated into the programme such as the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) conference trainees’ day and the BCS autumn trainees’ meeting.
