- After reading the guidance information, Southampton, New Forest and Jersey GP Resident Doctors should follow the instructions and complete and submit the Permission Request form to check with the Patch team, in advance of booking, that reimbursement is approved. Study leave time should be discussed with your Educational Supervisor and arranged locally.
