Main Research Opportunities
The research will explore the potential of AI in knowledge extraction to detect neonatal respiratory diseases. The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team including clinical (neonatal and midwifery) and data science expertise. The project will assess the feasibility and acceptability of using AI within the neonatal unit. The intention is to develop prelimary data to underpin a future grant application. In addition, at least one peer reviewed paper will be produced.
