| Introduction day (in-person) | Thursday 22nd October 2026 | Fellows are introduced to the Fellowship, their group, their mentors, their host organisations, and the Fellowship leadership team. Project planning begins. |
| Group Study Day 1 (in-person) | Tuesday 26th January 2027 | Projects are underway. Groups convene with host organisations to review project progress. |
| Group Study Day 2 (in-person) | Tuesday 11th May 2027 | Projects are underway. Groups convene with host organisations to review project progress. |
| Report and poster sent to mentor for review | Monday 31st May 2027 | Draft reports and posters are sent to group mentors for review. |
| Report and poster submission deadline | Thursday 10th June 2027 | Final reports and posters are submitted for assessment. |
| Presentation submission deadline | Thursday 17th June 2027 | Final presentations are submitted for compilation. |
