In response to the recommendations made in the 2016 report ‘Improving Safety Through Education and Training’, HEE have developed a patient safety resource.
‘In Safe Hands’
The patient safety resource is based on the four strategic elements that make up HEE’s ‘In Safe Hands’ initiative and includes:
- human factors
- simulation
- learning and development
- speaking up
Content will be updated and added to as work in patient safety is progressed.
