Sally Gore

Sally Gore has been a Wessex PSW Specialist Support Group (SSG) coaching expert since 2014.

Sally completed an Institute of Leadership and Mentoring (ILM) level 7 diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, in 2006, and Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants (Bath Consultancy Group), in 2011. She has also been an Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner (Step II) since 2009.

Sally has been an independent coach, coach supervisor and facilitator supporting the growth of individuals, teams and organisations since 2011.

Prior to this, Sally was Director of Organisational Development for a large Hampshire-wide NHS Foundation Trust. With a clinical background (Occupational Therapist) and an MSc in Rehabilitation Studies (University of Southampton, 1981) she has worked for the NHS for over 35 years in London, Dorset and Hampshire.

In addition to coaching Sally supervises coaches in a variety of sectors, including those coaching for the Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy.

Sally is passionate about working with people to support their growth and develop their potential.

With extensive coaching experience Sally has supported a wide range of people – including directors, senior managers and clinical staff – many in transition to leadership positions, with the aim of increasing capability and resilience.
